Recent Searches captures all the searches you conduct in a single session—once you log-off, the search history resets. To save a search for future use, save it to My PsycNet.

Below each search are the following tools. You can hover over the icon to view the label.

Edit your search: This will bring you back to the search page to add or subtract additional search terms and limits.

Save your search strategy in My PsycNet.

Delete from the saved search list.

Get Permalink: This will open a box with a permanent link to your search results that you can copy and paste.

Set Email Alert: This will prompt you to sign in to your My PsycNet account. From here you will be able to name your search, add notes about the search, determine the frequency of the email alert, and determine when the alert will expire.

Get RSS Feed: This will open a pop-up window that lets you create an RSS Feed.

To run a saved search, select it and click Run Search in the box at the right. You can also combine saved searches using Boolean operators.
